Over the past period, some of you experienced issues with our Google Contacts integration on Serlzo. Leads were not syncing the way they should, and for a product built around reliability and automation, thatβs not acceptable.

Google Contacts integration on Serlzo is stable, secure, and working as expected.
Behind the scenes, we reviewed the entire integration end-to-end, aligned it with Googleβs latest permissions and data-access requirements, and strengthened our internal checks so this does not repeat itself.

Serlzo is not just software we ship and forget. Itβs a system many of you rely on to run your business, capture leads, and follow up automatically. When something breaks, we fix it properly, not temporarily. And when we make a mistake, we own it.
