Dear Driver-Partners 👋

A small number of driver profiles are currently on hold as we do not have a valid passing vehicle inspection result within the required inspection cycle (for PHCs over 10 years old, inspections are required every 6 months).

📩 A separate email has been sent to your registered email address for reference.

To retrieve your inspection result:
* Go to https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/
* Tap Digital Services → Check Inspection History
* Select your vehicle (car plate)
* Download the PDF

If you have already passed your inspection, please share the latest inspection result via [email protected] or DM us on Telegram for verification 🚗

Once verified, your profile will be reactivated promptly.

💰 $200 support payout for drivers

Dear Driver-Partners

Good news — the Government has announced a $200 cash payout for eligible platform drivers (including ride-hail and delivery drivers).

No action needed.
CPF Board (CPFB) will credit this directly to eligible drivers.

📅 When
• PayNow-NRIC: by 30 Apr
• Bank (GIRO): by 11 May
• GovCash: by 18 May

📌 Eligibility
• Earned > $500/month (net) from platform work
• For each month from Dec 2025 to Feb 2026
• Based on earnings submitted to the CPF Board

👉 What to do
• Check your eligibility via CPF Board (CPFB)
• Ensure your PayNow-NRIC / bank details are set up

Eligible drivers will receive the payout automatically.

❤️ Ride-hailing operators Grab and Ryde said they have measures to help drivers manage costs.

A Grab spokesperson said it provides exclusive fuel discounts through its partnerships with Caltex, Shell and Sinopec.
"We will continue to monitor the situation closely and are engaging the unions and our industry partners to explore further ways to extend support," said the spokesperson.

Ryde said that it will continue to support its drivers and partners through its zero per cent commission model for full-time drivers.
"This allows drivers to retain the full fare from completed trips, helping them better manage operating costs, including fluctuations in fuel prices," said Ryde.

The firm said it maintains a transparent bonus and incentive structure, in which drivers can clearly see the requirements and rewards for completing trips on the platform.
"This provides drivers with greater certainty in their earnings and the opportunity to earn additional incentives," added Ryde.
