๐ข We are Hiring: HSE Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
โข Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the companyโs HSE management system, including technical execution and documentation.
โข Implement safety, environmental, and fire protection procedures for new projects, factory expansions, and modification activities, including permit preparation and compliance checks.
โข Conduct routine HSE inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire safety requirements.
โข Prepare inspection reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
โข Inspect and perform functional checks on firefighting and emergency response equipment, and support emergency drills.
โข Support internal and external audits related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and social compliance.
โข Prepare documentation and reports required for audits and inspections by government authorities.
โข Coordinate UKLโUPL reporting and work environment laboratory testing with external vendors and accredited laboratories.
โข Monitor safety equipment inspections and environmental monitoring schedules, and coordinate follow-up actions with vendors.
โข Support waste management activities, including monitoring waste segregation, storage, documentation, and coordination with licensed vendors.
Qualifications :
โข Male
โข Minimum 1โ3 years of experience as an HSE Engineer or in a similar HSE technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Non Construction Experience)
โข Experience in supporting HSE inspections, audits, and compliance activities is preferred.
โข Fresh Graduate are welcome
โข Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Protection regulations.
โข Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) management system requirements.
โข Knowledge of fire safety systems, emergency response procedures, and firefighting equipment inspection.
โข Basic knowledge of environmental monitoring and workplace laboratory testing (noise, lighting, air quality, etc.).
โข Understanding of RKLโRPL reporting requirements and environmental compliance processes.
โข Knowledge of waste management practices, including segregation, storage, documentation, and coordination with licensed vendors.
โข Ability to conduct routine HSE inspections, prepare reports, and follow up CAPA actions.
โข Experience in supporting internal and external HSE audits, including documentation preparation and audit follow-up.
โข Familiarity with social and environmental compliance audits is an advantage.
โข Ability to coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and third-party vendors during compliance and inspection activities.
