During todays trading session, OlympTrade has blocked two of the six client accounts under clause 2.32 of the agreement.

What does it mean?

The clause 2.32 may indicate that the account could ever be transferred to friends / relatives or just other people from the Internet, OlympTrade knows all this and marks your account from the first moment, if the person to whom you transferred the account has already been registered on the platform, then your account will be guaranteed blocked after the first trading session, also works the other way around, if you logged into someones account, this is also a violation of clause 2.32 of the agreement, which means that only that amount will be returned from such an account, what was recovered during the first session (usually up to 50% of the lost amount). That is, we do not get the full amount, but only half.

We have a solution of this problem but you have to be agreed with it:

To take all the loss amount we can from the account, we will trade the amount that was lost in just one trading session, so we will get everything we could from the account.

However, in this case we will need to have a full access to your OlympTrade account, including changing your email and password.

Only such a solution gives our team the confidence to protect against fraud customers that can simply change their password and take not only their share after the successfully recovering of balance, but also our share along with our own deposit.

At the same time, work with all other platforms remains unchanged.
Also, if you are sure that you have never transferred your account into someone else hands during the entire time of use and at the same time you have never logged into the accounts of someone else, then we can work as before with OlympTrade trading 2-3 sessions until the account will be fully recovered.
