The following U. S. states are currently using the rebranded "Reporty Homeland Security" software, now known as "Carbyne."
The program was started by Ehud Barak, Jeffrey Epstein, and Peter Thiel.
It's an Israeli-developed surveillance system sold as an "emergency-response" startup that can access your phoneβs camera, microphone, geolocation, Wi-Fi, and more without needing an application.
It's not open-source, and there is no way of knowing if it's being used to spy on you.
