🏨 A note from our housing provider: Orchid Events can only help extend reservation for shoulder nights (not main nights). If your reservation does not already include the peak nights (July 2-4), they may not be able to help extend your reservation.

⚠️ Please be vigilant about room offers or people "selling" rooms on social media or on other platforms. There is absolutely no guarantee these are real, and you are likely being scammed. You can only get a guaranteed room through Anthrocon's hotel block link.

Reminders for #Anthrocon General hotel booking, starting tomorrow 12pm EDT:

🎟 Only paid pre-registered Attending and Sponsor attendees will be issued a unique booking link via the registration system and email notification
🏨 Only available rooms based on your criteria; if you don't see a hotel room, it may mean the hotel is sold out at this time
👥 A large number of people are booking; please be patient with the system and customer service
💳 A valid credit card is required to confirm a booking; however, no deposit is taken upon booking
🚨 Only Orchid Events can provide official hotel rooms (booked through Meetingmax), and they can only be booked online. If any other provider or website claims they have official rooms, it might be a scam.

Many of our hotels are now sold out, including the "preferred" hotels such as the Westin, Courtyard and Drury. There is availability at other hotels serviced by our transportation. #Anthrocon
