የዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ከተማሪ ተወካዮች ጋር ውይይት አካሄዱ

በዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ፋሪስ ደሊል የተመራው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ማኔጅመንት ከተማሪ ተወካዮች ጋር በተለያዩ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ወይይት አካሄደዋል።
ውይይቱ በዋናነት በመማር ማስተማር እና በተማሪዎች አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ መሻሻል ያለባቸው እና በጥንካሬ የሚገለጹ ነጥቦች እንዲሁም በተማሪዎች የእርስ በእርስ ውይይት መፈታት ያልተቻሉ ጉዳዮች ተነስተዋል። የተማሪ ተወካዮች እየተሰጡ ባሉ አገልግሎቶች ዙሪያ ያስተዋሏቸውን ክፍተቶች በዝርዝር አቅርበዋል።
ከነዚህም ከመማር ማስተማር ዘርፎ በተጨማሪ የተማሪዎች አገልግሎት ዘርፎች ማለትም የተማሪዎች ክሊኒክ፣ የመኝታ አገልግሎት፣ ምግብ እና ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት፣ በቤተ መጻሐፍት፣ በውኃ አቅርቦት፣ በስፖርት እና መዝናኛ እና በሌሎች ዘርፎች መሻሻል ያለባቸው ጉዳዮች በዝርዝር አንስተዋል።
ተወካዮቹ ዩኒቨርስቲው በጠንካራ ጎን የሚነሳበትን በተለይ ከመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ጋር ተይይዞ እያሳየ ያለውን መልካም ውጤቶችን ለማስቀጠል ተጨማሪ ስራዎች መሰራት እንዳለበት ጥቆማ ተሰጥተዋል።
የትምህርት አሰጣጡ ምስለ ችሎት እና በቤተ ሙከራ መደገፉን ጨምሮ በቴክኖሎጂ አማካኝነት እየተሰራ ያለው ስራ አበረታች መሆኑ እና ዩኒቨርስቲው ከእድሜው በላይ እያከናወነ ያላቸው ተግባራት በአወንታዊ ጎኑ በውይይቱ ተነስቷል።
ተማሪዎቹ ከዚህ ቀደም በተደረጉ ውይይቶችም መሻሻሎች እንደታዩ ገልጸው፣ ነገር ግን አሁንም ገባ ተብለው ሊፈተሹ የሚገባቸው ጉዳዮች እንዳሉም አንስተዋል።
አካዳሚያዊ እና አስተዳደራዊ የገጠሙ ችግሮች ከመሰረታቸው በመፈተሽ ቀጥተኛ የሆነ ማስተካከያ እንዲደረግባቸው የማስተካከያ የስራ መመሪያ በከፍተኛ አመራሩ የተሰጠ ሲሆን ለተግባራዊነታቸውም የቅርብ ክትትል እንደሚደረግባቸው በከፍተኛ አመራሩ ቃል ተገብቷል።
በዚህ ውይይት በዩኒቨርሲቲው ስኮላርሺፕ አግኝተው ትምህርታቸውን በመከታተል ላይ ያሉ ዓለም አቀፍ ተማሪዎች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን ሌሎች ዓለም አቀፍ ተማሪዎች ዩኒቨርሲቲውን መቀላቀል እንዲችሉ ስለዩኒቨርሲቲው መረጃዎችን ማግኘት በሚችሉበት ዙሪያ ሃሳብ ቀርቧል።
በውይይት መድረኩ ከፍተኛ አመራሩ እና የአገልግሎት ሰጪ የስራ ክፍል ኃላፊዎች ተገኝተዋል።

Higher Officials held Meeting with Student's Representatives

Our University Higher Officials led by Dr. Faris Delil, held discussions on various Topics with Students' Representatives.
During the discussion, Higher Officials held discussions with student representatives with issues not resolved in first round discussion of this Academic year.
In the discussion, the weak and strong of Academic and Service delivery matters have been indicated.
Higher Officials have provided clear directions on the details of the gaps pointed out during the discussion.
During the discussion, strong practices we had including high achievements on Exit Exam got special attention in the discussion.
The work being done on Technology and Laboratory support on Teaching and Learning delivery was encouraging.
In the discussion, both National and International Students have attended in the. Discussion and they requested full access information about us to get more potential International Students.
At last, clear direction was given to handle problems encountered both in Academic and Administrative matters and promising issues have been addressed.
