Patch Notes: March 2026

Welcome to the latest Patch Notes, where we share what has been updated and improved on Stripchat.

This edition summarizes what we rolled out from December 2025 to January 2026:

🤗 We resolved an issue where models were able to see viewers spying before the 15-second preview period passed.
🤗 Fan Club earnings reflect only the subscriptions counted for the current month to avoid confusion.
🤗 The verification screen no longer blocks access to the Broadcast Center for newly verified models.
🤗 Models with approved documents can start streaming without being prompted to sign the agreement again.
🤗 The user notes limit is now 200 characters (up from 100).
🤗 Model news is now available to Studio Admin accounts.
🤗 The "Start show" button is now disabled across all sessions if a show is already active. No more overlapping streams in multiple browsers.

As some of you may have noticed, ACH payouts for our models are not arriving as consistently as they used to. In certain cases, they are taking longer than expected.

This delay is related to external banking processing on the provider’s side. There are no issues with Stripchat’s internal payout systems. All ACH payouts are submitted on the scheduled payout day, on time and in full.

We know how important fast and predictable payouts are, and this situation isn’t acceptable to us. Our team is working closely with the payment provider to understand what changed and to restore reliable processing. At the same time, we’re improving ACH payout infrastructure by adding new processing options to increase stability going forward.

Because this involves complex external systems, we can’t provide an exact resolution date yet. However, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will share a progress update within one month.

Thank you for your patience and for being part of Stripchat. We truly appreciate your trust and are focused on restoring faster, more predictable payments.
